Hi, I'm Neil Collins, a professional chef from the UK, working my way around the world with my partner in crime.

My first foray into the kitchen began when I was only 14 as a part time commis chef at a local restaurant. Whilst studying in college, I continued to work for the restaurant as a pastry chef (which continues to be a passion to this day). From there, I went on to work at a prestigious, award winning hotel for 3 years. In summer 2015, I returned as sous chef turned head chef at my previous place of employment.

A year and a half later, I left to travel the world - first stop, Taiwan.
